Important: Campaign level configurations are cached by the Chatbot and Automation Server. To apply the latest changes, restart both services after any of the following updates:

• Deleting a campaign level
• Modifying a level's name, sequence, wait days, or resend days
• Adding, updating, or removing templates assigned to a level
